Tranex Credit Corp., whose last known place of business is 7602 Woodland Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46278, but whose present place of business is unknown, will take notice that on the 7th day of June, 2002, Homeside Lending, Inc., filed its Complaint and on April 29, 2003 it filed an Amended Complaint in Case Number 02CV 1681 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Anthony Vivo, Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Mahoning County Courthouse, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant has or claims to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio; And known as and being Campbell City Lot No. 5439 as recorded in Volume 29, Page 45 Mahoning County Record of Plats. Said Lot having a frontage of 80.14 feet on the westerly line of Camvet Drive and extends back in a westerly direction of even width between parallel lines a distance of 187.06 feet.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 124 Camvet Drive, Campbell, Ohio 44405-1970.

The Defendant named above is required to answer on or before the 31st day of July, 2003.
