Lorraine Swogger, whose last known address is unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 13th day of February, 2003, First Place Bank, Successor In Interest to The Farmers Savings and Loan Company, filed a Complaint in foreclosure against Charles H. Taylor, et al, asking for judgment. The balance due on the property located at 12073 Virginia Avenue, Salem, Ohio 44460, is $20,811.46, plus interest at the rate of 9.00% per annum from February 13, 2003; plus any contractual charges, plus any advances made by First Place Bank for taxes, insurance, maintenance, or preservation of the property from the date of default to the date of recording of the Sheriff's deed, and also asking for foreclosure of a certain mortgage and sale of the real estate described as follows:

PARCEL NO. 1

Situated in the Township of Green, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio: And known as being Lot No. 2 of the Russell Bush Plat No. 1, as recorded in Volume 69, Page 227, of the Mahoning County Records of Plats.

Said Lot No. 2 has frontage of 133. feet on the easterly side of Virginia Street and extends back between parallel line 182.9, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Defendant, LORRAINE SWOGGER, is required to answer said Complaint within 28 days after publication of this notice or judgment will be taken against them and she will be forever barred from asserting a claim in said proceeding.
