DEFENDANTS.
Daryl R. Stevenson, aka Daryl Richard Matyi and Jane Doe, real name unknown, Spouse if any of Daryl R. Stevenson, aka Daryl Richard Matyi, whose last known addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 28th day of March, 2003, First Place Bank, filed a Complaint in foreclosures against Daryl R. Stevenson aka Daryl Richard Matyi, et al, asking for judgment. The balance due on the property located at 713 North Bon Air Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509, is $48,639.35, plus interest at the rate of 8.625% per annum from March 27, 2003; plus any contractual charges, plus any advances made by FIRST PLACE BANK for taxes, insurance, maintenance, or preservation of the property from the date of default to the date of recording of the Sheriff's deed, and also asking for foreclosure of a certain mortgage and sale of the real estate described as follows:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio and known as being Lot No. 60,128 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City as recorded in Volume 43 of Plats, Page 300, Mahoning County Records.
Said lot has a frontage of 63 feet on the East line of Bon Air Avenue and extends back on its North line 142.5 feet, and on its South line 142.50 feet, having a rear line of 63 feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 713 North Bon Air Avenue.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 29th day of July, 2003.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
