Defendant Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse if any of Robert E. McMasters Jr., whose last known address is 124 S. Salem Warren Road, North Jackson, Ohio 44451 cannot be served within the State of Ohio, will take notice that on the 3rd day of March, 2003, Bank One, NA filed a Complaint as Plaintiff in the Court of Common Pleas at Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case Number 03CV 733 against Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse if any of Robert McMasters and others as Defendants alleging they have or claim to have, an interest in the real property located at 124 S. Salem Warren Road, North Jackson, Ohio 44451.

Situated in the Township of Jackson, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and being part of Lot 19 of Tract 12 of the Salt Springs Tract and being a parcel of land more fully described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the westerly line of Salem-Warren Road at the Northeast Corner of lands now or formerly owned by H. Carnes; thence Westerly a distance of about 165 feet to a point; thence South along the Westerly line of said H. Carnes land a distance of 112 feet to the Northerly line of the Meander Temple Plat No. 1; thence Westerly along the North line of the Meander Temple Plat No. 1, 267.15 feet to a point; thence North along the Easterly line of a parcel of land now or formerly owned by E.A. & N. M. Yerke and undetermined distance to a point at the South line of a parcel of land now or formerly owned by S. Oblinger; thence East an undetermined distance to a point on the Southwest corner of a parcel of land now or formerly owned by W. Welch; thence South a distance of about 13.3 feet to a point; thence East a distance of about 23 feet to a point; thence South a distance of about 154.1 feet to a point; thence Easterly a distance of about 165 feet to a point; thence South a distance of about 62 feet to the place of beginning and containing within said bounds 2.150 acres of land, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways.

Salem Warren Road, North Jackson, Ohio 44451 is hereby notified that they are required to answer the Complaint on or before the 15th day of July, 2003, or Judgment may be rendered as prayed for herein.
