BUCKEYE PROPERTIES, INC., whose last known address is unknown, will take notice that on the 13th day of February, 2003, First Place Bank, Successor In Interest to FFY Bank, fka First Federal Savings Bank of Youngstown filed a Complaint in Foreclosure against William L. Burton, et al., asking for judgment. The balance due on the property located at 372 E. Philadelphia Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44507, is $20,811.46 plus interest at the rate of 10.00% per annum from February 13, 2003, and the balance due on the property located at 555 Parkcliff Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44511, is $20,006.05, plus interest at the rate of 10.00% per annum from February 13, 2003; plus any contractual charges, plus any advances made by FIRST PLACE BANK for taxes, insurance, maintenance, or preservation of the properties from the date of default to the date of recording of the Sheriff‘s deeds, and also asking for foreclosure of a certain mortgages and sale of real estate described as follows:
PARCEL NO. 1:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio, and known as being Lot No. 33508 according to the present enumeration of lots in said city.
Said City Lot No. 33508 has a frontage of 40 feet on the south side of Philadelphia Avenue and extends back therefrom, of even width, to a depth of 130 feet, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

AND FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 327 E. Philadelphia Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44507
PARCEL NO. 2:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio, and known as Youngstown City Lot No. 24066 as lots are now known and numbered in said city. Said Youngstown City Lot No. 24066 has a frontage of 50 feet on the south line of Parkcliff Avenue and exends back therefrom of equal width throughout a distance of 200 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to highways.

AND FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 555 Parkcliff Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44511
Defendant, BUCKEYE PROPERTIES, INC. is required to answer said Complaint within 28 days after publication of this notice, said answer day being the 13th day of June, 2003 or judgment will be taken against them and they will be forever barred from asserting a claim in said proceedings.
