JOSEPH GILMARTIN, whose last known place of residence is 259 Parkgate, Youngstown, Ohio 44515, and is now unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 3rd day of July, 2002, Wilbert McIntosh, filed his Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, being Case Number 02CV 1975 on the docket of said Court, as a result of an automobile accident occurring on July 7, 2000, wherein Plaintiff was injured and is seeking fair and reasonable compensation in excess of $25,000.00 and said case is entitled Wilbert McIntosh vs. Joseph Gilmartin, Defendant.

Said cause will be on or after the 6th day of June, 2003.
