Marcia Chacon, aka Marsha Chacon's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors, and Assigns, whose last place of residence as well as whose present place of residence is unknown, John Chacon's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors, and Assigns, whose last place of residence as well as whose present place of residence is unknown, and John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Marcia Chacon aka Marsha Chacon whose last place of residence is known as 14 Tod Lane, Youngstown, Ohio 44505-2637, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 9th day of January, 2003, Conseco Finance Servicing Corporation, fka Green Tree Financial Servicing Corporation, filed its Complaint in Case No. 03CV 116 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Anthony Vivo, Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Mahoning Court House, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Marcia Chacon aka Marsha Chacon's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors, and Assigns, John Chacon's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors, and Assigns, and John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Marcia Chacon, aka Marsha Chacon have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being parts of City Lots Nos. Fifteen Thousand One Hundred Twenty-one and Fifteen Thousand One Hundred Twenty-two (15121 and 15122) according to the present enumeration of lots in said city, and being further described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northerly line of Woodward Avenue, which point is One Hundred Eight (108) feet distant westerly from the intersection of the westerly line of Logan Avenue (formerly known as Wick Avenue) with the northerly line of Woodward Avenue; thence northerly parallel with the westerly line of said Logan Avenue a distance of Ninety-two and Twenty-eight Hundredths (92.28) feet to a point in the northerly line of City Lot No. 15122; thence westerly parallel with the northerly line of Woodward Avenue a distance of Thirty-five (35) feet to a point; thence southerly parallel with the westerly line of Logan Avenue a distance of Ninety-two and Twenty-eight Hundredths (92.28) feet to a point on the the northerly line of Woodward Avenue; thence easterly along the northerly line of Woodward Avenue a distance of Thirty-five (35) feet the place of beginning subject to all legal highways and restrictions of record.
