Jane Doe, Spouse of Robert I. Roe, if married (name unknown) whose last known address is 172 Millet Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509, and whose residence is unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 4th day of September, 2002, Waterfield Mortgage Company Inc. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 02CV 2659 in said Court against Robert I. Roe, et al. praying for judgment of $29,693.50 with interest at the rate of 6.875% per annum from February 1, 2002 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio and known as being Lot Number Twenty Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-four (20974) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said city, as recorded in Volume 8 of Plats, Page 59, Mahoning County Records. Said Lot has a frontage of Fifty (50) feet on the West line of Millet Avenue and extends back on its North line One Hundred Thirty-five (135) feet, and Five and One-half (5-1/2) inches, and on its South line One Hundred Thirty-five (135) feet, and Seven and Three Fourths (7-3/4) inches, having a rear line of Fifty (50) feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.

and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.

Said Defendants will take notice that they will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 29th day of May, 2003, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
