NAPOLEON HILL, whose last known address is unknown, will take notice that on the 11th day of March, 2003, FIRST PLACE BANK, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO FFY BANK, FKA FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF YOUNGSTOWN, FKA FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF YOUNGSTOWN filed a Complaint in Foreclosure against LINDA NELSON HILL, AKA LINDA NELSON-GREEN, AKA LINDA YVONNE HILL-GREEN, et al, asking for judgment. The balance due on the property located at 6211 Harold Lane, Campbell, Ohio 44405, is $27,143.77, plus interest at the rate of 8.50% per annum from March 3, 2003; plus any contractual charges, plus any advanced made by FIRST PLACE BANK for taxes, insurance, maintenance, or preservation of the property from the date of default to the date of recording of the Sheriff's deed, and also asking for foreclosure of a certain mortgage and sale of the real estate described as follows:
Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio, and known as being Campbell City Lot Number Six Thousand Two Hundred Eleven (6211) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in D-A Plat Number One (1), a subdivision of a part of Great Lot Number 24 as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 50 of Maps, Page 4 of Mahoning County Records.

Defendant, NAPOLEON HILL is required to answer said Complaint within 28 days after publication of this notice, said answer day being the 27th day of May, 2003 or judgment will be taken against him and he will be forever barred from asserting a claim in said proceedings.
