Peter W. Meub, whose last known place of residence is 50 Greenbay Drive, Boardman, Ohio 44512, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 30th day of December, 2002, Dwight Kent McMurray, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 02CV 4099 on the docket of said Court, alleging that on or about December 28, 2000, Plaintiff, Dwight Kent McMurray, was a passenger in a vehicle that was being lawfully and properly operated and traveling on Glenwood Avenue in the city of Boardman, when the defendant, Peter W. Meub, negligently operated his automobile and failed to maintain assured clear distance, striking the vehicle in which Dwight Kent McMurray was riding in, thus causing injury to him. Plaintiff, Dwight Kent McMurray, demands judgment against the defendant, Peter W. Meub, for money damages in an amount in excess of twenty-five thousand dollars, plus interest and costs of this action.

You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight days after the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six successive weeks, said answer date being the 15th day of May, 2003.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
