To the Defendants, Kimberly A. Bucklew and the Unknown Spouse, if any of Kimberly A. Bucklew ("Defendants Bucklew"), whose present whereabouts are unknown and cannot, with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on January 17, 2003, the Plaintiff Sky Bank, a successor by merger to The Mahoning National Bank ("Sky Bank") filed its Complaint for Foreclosure ("Complaint") in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio where the same is now pending in Case No. 03CV 231. The object of the Complaint is to foreclose on mortgages against real estate owned by Defendant Kimberly A. Bucklew referred to in Count Two and Count Four of the Complaint and described as:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being Lot Number Twenty Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-nine (20989) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 12 of Plats, Page 41, Mahoning County Records.

Said lot has a frontage of Fifty (50) feet on the east line of Millet Avenue and extends back on its south line One Hundred Fifty (150) feet and on its north line One Hundred Fifty (150) feet, having a rear line of Fifty (50) feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.

Known for street numbering purposes as 127 Millet Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-172-0-345.00

The relief demanded is judgment against the Defendant, Kimberly A. Bucklew in the amount of Twenty-nine Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-nine and 03/100 Dollars ($29,279.03), plus interest at the rate of 9.3750% per annum from January 7, 2003 on Count One, and judgment against deft, Kimberly A. Bucklew in the amount of Five Thousand Four Hundred Eighty and 92/100 Dollars (5,480.92), plus interest at the rate of 10.750% per annum from January 7, 2003 on Count Three, plus costs, fees, advancements, and late charges, future expenses as may be advanced by Plaintiff Sky Bank under the terms of the mortgages and such further relief to which Plaintiff Sky Bank may be entitled.

You are required to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Civil Rules of Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint. Answer day being the 9th day of May, 2003.
