Terry Corcoran whose last known address is unknown and whose residence is unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 10th day of January, 2003, Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, fka Bankers Trust Company, as Custodian or Trustee filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case No. 03CV 119 in said Court against Johnnie L. Williams praying for judgment of $35,326.43 with interest at the rate of 11.95% per annum from August 3, 2002 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 14005 in Campbell & Williamson Addition, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 12 of Maps, Page 10 of Mahoning County Records.
Said Youngstown City Lot No. 14005 has a frontage of 40 feet on the Northerly side of Ellenwood Avenue and extends back between parallel lines 140 feet on the easterly line, 140 feet on the westelry line and has a rear line of 40 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Known for street numbering purposes as 110 Ellenwood Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44507

and that Defendants be required to set up any interest he may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.
Said Defendants will take notice that he will be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 24th day of April, 2003, or judgment will be rendered accordingly.
