You are hereby notified that you have been named as a Defendant in a legal action entitled "Associates First Capital Corporation, a Delaware Corporation vs. Unknown Administrator/Executor/Executrix of the Estate of Richard E. Yozwick, Deceased, et al." This case has been assigned Case Number 03CV 197 and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio.

The object of the complaint is to foreclose the mortgage against real property located at 3132 Whittier Court, Poland, OH 44514-2143 and the prayer is to foreclose on all interest owned by you and for costs. The real estate in question are also legally described as:

Being Situated in the Township of Poland, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio: And known as being Lot Number Two Hundred Ninety-Two (292) in Replat of Lots 176-197 of Frontier Plat No. 3 as recorded in Volume 50 of Plats, Page 21, Mahoning County Records. Said lot has a frontage of Sixty-five (65) feet on the north line of Whittier Court and extends back on its east line One Hundred Eighty-six and Eighty-four Hundredths (186.84) feet, and on its west line One Hundred Eighty-six and Eighty-four Hundredths (186.84) feet, having a rear line of sixty-five (65) feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 24th day of April, 2003.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
