Vincent McGary, whose last known address was 39 Labelle, Youngstown, Ohio 44509, and is now unknown will hereby take notice that on September 23, 2002 Permanent General Assurance Corporation by and through their attorney, Josephine V. Prokop filed a Complaint against you in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, Youngstown, Ohio being Case No. 02CV 2937 on the Docket of said Court praying for judgment in the Complaint for Declaratory Judgment.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks. The last publication will be made on the 14th day of February, 2003 and said answer day being the 11th day of April, 2003.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
