The Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of William E. Dickey, Deceased, whose last place of residence is and present place of residence are unknown, will take notice that on the 24th day of October, 2002, Alliance Mortgage Company, filed its Complaint in Case No. 02CV 3326 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Anthony Vivo, Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Mahoning County Court House, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants The Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of William E. Dickey, Deceased have or claim to have an interest in real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio, to wit: and known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 18721 according to the latest enumeration of lots is said City, in Samuel Gibson Place, a subdivision of a part of Original Youngstown City Outlot No. 550, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 13 of Maps, Page 53 of Mahoning County Records.
Said Youngstown City Lot No. 18721 has a frontage of 40 feet on the Southerly side of Dickson Avenue and extends back between parallel lines 140 feet on the Easterly line, 140 feet on the Westerly line, and has a rear line of 40 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 11th day of April, 2003.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
