Harp, aka Latonya Harp, whose last place of residence is known as 907 Sherwood Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44511-1463, but whose present place of residence is unknown, John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Latonya R. Harp, aka Latonya Harp whose last place of residence is known as 907 Sherwood Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44511-1463, but whose present place of residence is unknown, and Portia D. Ealey, whose last place of residence is known as 907 Sherwood Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio, 44511-1463, but whose present place of residence is unknown will take notice that on the 29th day of October, 2002, Bank One National Association, As Trustee for ARC 2001-BC6 Trust, filed its Complaint in Case No. 02CV 3400 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Anthony Vivo, Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Mahoning County Court House, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Latonya R. Harp, aka Latonya Harp and John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Latonya R. Harp, aka Latonya Harp have or claim to have an interest in real estate described below:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, and State of Ohio and known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 22669 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said city, formerly Sub Lot No. 490 in Hamilton-Evans Co. Fourth Addition to Parkview, a subdivision of a part of original Youngstown Township Great Lot No. 5, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 6 of Maps, Page 97, of Mahoning County Records.
Said City Lot No. 22669 has a frontage of 40 feet on the southerly side of Sherwood Avenue (formerly McKinley Avenue) and extends back between parallel lines 141 feet on the easterly line, 141 feet on the westerly line, and has a rear line of 40 feet, as appears by said plat.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 8th day of April, 2003.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
