The Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Carl D. LaDonne, aka Carl Ladonne, Deceased, whose last place of residence as well as whose present place of residence are unknown, Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Carl D. LaDonne, aka Carl LaDonne, Deceased, whose last place of residence is known as 4026 Risher Road, Boardman, OH 44512, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 18th day of September, 2002, Federal National Mortgage Association, filed its Complaint in Case No. 02CV 2863 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Anthony Vivo, Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Mahoning Court House, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants The Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Carl D. LaDonne, aka Carl Ladonne, Deceased, Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Carl D. LaDonne, aka Carl Ladonne, Deceased, have or claims to have an interest in real estate described below:
Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Sublot No. 216, in the Lake Newport Plat No. 2, a subdivision of a part of the Fourth Division as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 29 of Maps, Page 42 of Mahoning County Records. Said Sublot No. 216 has a frontage of 55 feet on the Westerly side of Risher Avenue and extends back between parallel lines 150 feet on the northerly line, 150 feet on the Southerly line, and has a rear line of 55 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, said Risher Avenue being also commonly known as Risher Road.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 1st day of April, 2003.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
