UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, LEGATEES, EXECUTORS, EXECUTRIXES, ADMINISTRATORS, ADMINISTRATRIXES AND ASSIGNEES OF SUSAN L CAMPBELL, DECD, ET AL

DEFENDANTS.

Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees of Susan L. Campbell, deceased and Matthew Campbell, and if deceased, all heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees whose addresses are unknown will hereby take notice that on the 18th day of September, 2002, American General Finance, filed a Complaint in Foreclosure and Marshalling of Liens in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 02CV 2872 against Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees of Susan L. Campbell, deceased, praying for judgment in the amount of $51,133.72 with interest thereon according to the terms of the note from August 29, 2002 until paid and for foreclosure of said Mortgage Deed on the following described real estate, of which said Defendant, Susan L. Campbell, deceased is the owner of:

PROPERTY LOCATION: 134 S. Dunlap, Youngstown, OH 44509, and further described in a mortage filed April 6, 2001 in Vol. 5032, Pg. 47, Mahoning County Recorder's Office.

and the Defendants, Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees of Susan L. Campbell, deceased and Matthew Campbell, and if deceased, all heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, executrixes, administrators, administratrixes and assignees be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or to cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Mahoning County, Ohio, to appraise, advertise in the Daily Legal News and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from the sale of said premises be applied to the Plaintiff's judgment and for such other relief to which American General Finance is entitled.

Said Defendants are directed to the Complaint wherein notice under the fair debt collection practice is given

Said Defendants will take notice that it be required to answer said Complaint on or before the 24th day of January, 2003 or judgment will be rendered accordingly.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
