Carlos Gonzalez, whose last known place of residence was 1526 Lansdowne Blvd, Youngstown, OH 44505, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 29th day of March, 2002, HUB Partners XXVI, Ltd., filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 02CV 933 on the docket of said Court, alleging that you defaulted on your Note and Mortgage.
