Defendants, DONALD A. NORRIS and MELISSA C. NORRIS, whose last known address is 4804 New Road, Austintown, Ohio 44515, otherwise the place of residence being unknown, will take notice that on August 1, 2002, Plaintiff, WAYNE MANCINO filed a Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that Plaintiff and Defendants entered into an Agreement for Defendants to repay Plaintiff for money lent. Plaintiff holds the funds but requests a Declaratory Judgment determining whether Plaintiff may remove those funds from his trust account.

Plaintiff demands judgment against Defendant in the sum of $11,800, plus interest and costs.

The Defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 27th day of December, 2002.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
