Dallas L. Humphrey, whose last place of residence is known as 10601 Sabo Road, Apartment 140, Houston, TX 77089, but whose present place of residence is unknown, Linda S. Humphrey, whose last place of residence is known as 10601 Sabo Road, Apartment 140, Houston, TX 77089, but whose present place of residence is unknown and Tia Minor, whose last place of residence is known as 1707 Ohio Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44504, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 9th day of May, 2002, Atlantic Mortgage & Investment Corp., A Division of ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc., A Delaware Corp., filed its Complaint, in Case No. 02CV 1388 against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Mahoning Court House, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Dallas L. Humphrey, Linda S. Humphrey and Tia Minor have or claim to have an interest in real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being City Lot No. 14840 in the George J. Carew Plat as recorded in Volume 15 of Plats Page 102 Mahoning County Records. Said Lot has a frontage of 40 feet on the Easterly line of Ohio Avenue and extends back between parallel lines 100 feet on the Northerly line 100 feet on the Southerly line and has a rear line of 40 feet as appears by said plat, and excluding from the above described premises the Westerly 74 feet of the Southerly 1 foot thereof which strip of land has a frontage of 1 foot on the Easterly side of Ohio Avenue and extends back a distance of 74 feet.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 1707 Ohio Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44504.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 20th day of December, 2002.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
