First State Savings & Loan Association, whose last place of business is known as 419 Harding Way, West Galion, OH 44833, but whose present place of business is unknown, will take notice that on the 9th day of September, 2002, Bankers Trust Company of California, N.A., filed its Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Mahoning Court House, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant First State Savings & Loan Association has or claims to have an interest in real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and the State of Ohio:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 31358 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, in Subdivision No. 1 Cochran Park as recorded in Volume 17 of Plats, Page 71, Mahoning County Records, Said Lot has a frontage of 43 feet on the north line of Lucius Avenue and extends back on its East line 150 feet and on its west line 150 feet, having a rear line of 43 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 260 East Lucius Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44507.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 19th day of December, 2002.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
