Mary L. Miller aka Mary Lou Miller's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns, et al, whose last known place of residence as well as whose present place of residence is unknown, and John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Mary L. Miller aka Mary Lou Miller, whose last place of residence is known as 306 Calvin Street, Youngstown, OH 44510, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on July 26, 2002, Washington Mutual Bank, filed its Complaint in Case No. 02CV 2227 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Anthony Vivo, Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Mahoning County Court House, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Mary L. Miller aka Mary Lou Miller's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns and John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Mary L. Miller aka Mary Lou Miller have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below.

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning. and State of Ohio and known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 8501, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly known as Lot No. 4 in the Filas Shook's First Addition to Brier Hill, as recorded in Volume 4 of Plats, Page 8, Mahoning County Records.

Said lot has a frontage of 50 feet on the North line of Calvin Street and extends back on its East line 145 feet, and on its west line 145 feet, having a rear line of 50 feet, as it appears by said plat.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 17th day of December, 2002.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
