The Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors, and Assigns of Carrie M. Dabney Deceased, whose last place of residence is Unknown as well as whose present place of residence is unknown, Advance Mortgage Corporation, whose last place of business is known as P.O. Box 146, Detroit, MI 48232 but whose present place of business is unknown, will take notice that on June 27, 2002, CITIBANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE filed its Complaint in Case No. 02-CV-01913 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Anthony Vivo, Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Mahoning County Court House, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants The Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors, and Assigns of Carrie M. Dabney, Deceased and Advance Mortgage Corporation has or claims to have an interest in the real estate described below.
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being Youngstown City Lot Number Thirty-four Thousand Four Hundred Nineteen (34,419) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City as recorded in Volume 19 of Plats, Page 12, Mahoning County Records.
Said lot has a frontage of Forty (40) feet on the south line of Cohasset Drive, formerly known as Martin Street, and extends back on its west line One Hundred Twenty-three (123) feet, and on its east line One Hundred Twenty-three and Three Hundredths (123.03) feet, having a rear line of Forty (40) feet, as appears by said plat.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 17th day of December, 2002.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
