Anthony Bradley, whose last known place of address is 200 Garfield, Youngstown, Ohio 44502, otherwise whose address is unknown, will take notice that on the 22nd day of January, 2002, Lila Virginia Gay, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint against you in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 02CV 221 on the docket of said Court, wherein it is alleged that on the 27th day of January, 2000 said Anthony Bradley negligently and recklessly failed to maintain control of his motor vehicle, crossed over a dedicated street in the City of Youngstown and caused this vehicle to violently collide into Plaintiff's building located at 1608 Hillman in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio. Defendant, Anthony Bradley, was negligently and recklessly operating said vehicle at an excessive rate of speed and the impact with Plaintiff's real property caused the Plaintiff, Lila Virginia Gay, to suffer serious property damage in excess of $25,000.00. Plaintiff is seeking damages in excess of $25,000.00, plus interest, costs and attorney fees.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 21st day of November, 2002.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
