Jill M. Scarbrough-Nicholls, aka Jill M. Nicholls, whose last known place of residence is known as 330 Beechcrest Drive, Austintown, OH 44515, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 16th day of May, 2002, Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., filed its Complaint in Case No. 02CV 1471 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Anthony Vivo, Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Mahoning County Court House, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Jill M. Scarbrough-Nicholls aka Jill M. Nicholls has or claims to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio, and known as being Lot No. Five Hundred Seventy-five (575) in Kimberly Acres Plat No. 9, as recorded in Volume 47 of Plats, Page 25 of Mahoning County Records. Said lot has a frontage of Seventy-four and Fifty-seven hundredths (74.57) feet on the Westerly curved line of Beachcrest Drive, and extends back on its North line One Hundred Twenty-five (125) feet, and on its South line One Hundred Forty-eight and Twenty-seven Hundredths (148.27) feet, having a rear line of 75 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

PROPERTY LOCATION: 330 Beechcrest Drive, Austintown, OH 44515.
