Webber, whose last known address is unknown; YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that you have been named a defendant in a legal action entitled Metropolitan National Bank, fka Metropolitan Savings Bank of Ohio, v. James H. Webber, Jr., et al. This action has been assigned Case Number 02CV 1373, and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, Youngstown, Ohio 44503.

The object of the complaint is to foreclose on the property known and described as follows:

Situtated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 39,888 and 39,889 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said city, formerly Lot Nos. 464 and 465 in Plat No. 2 Brownlee Woods, as recorded in Volume 17 of Plats, Page 28 Mahoning County Records. Said lots taken form a frontage of 90 feet on the South side of Brownlee Avenue and extend back on their west line 150 feet and on their east line 150 feet and has a combined rear line of 90 feet as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, the last publication will be made on September 24, 2002 and said answer day being the 22nd day of October, 2002.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
