Michael Forgach, whose last known address is 3634 Shelby Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44511 cannot be served within the State of Ohio, will take Notice that on the 3rd day of April, 2002, Charter One Bank, FSB, filed a Complaint as Plaintiff in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, being Case Number 02CV 968 against Michael Forgach and others as Defendants alleging they have or claim to have, an interest in the real property located at 3634 Shelby Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44511.

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning in the State of Ohio and described as follows: Known as City Lot No. Fifty-five Thousand Three Hundred Fifteen (55315) having a frontage of 50 feet on the west side of Shelby Road, and a depth of 132.12 feet on the north line and 131.88 feet on the south line with a rear line of 50 feet.
