Hough, whose last place of residence is known as 426 Pasadena Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44507, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 6th day of October, 2000, Citibank NA, As Trustee, filed its Complaint in Case Number 00CV 2629 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Anthony Vivo, Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Mahoning County Court House, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendents Reginald L. Hough and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Reginald L. Hough have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below::
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 29513, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as shown by a plat recorded in Volume 17 of Maps, Page 15, Mahoning County Records. Said Youngstown City Lot No. 29513 fronts 45 feet on the north line of Pasadena Avenue and extends back of even width by its east line along the west line of Birch Street a distance of 140 feet.

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 8th day of October, 2002.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
