To the Defendants, James Curtis Thomas, Unknown Spouse if any of James Curtis Thomas, Sharon L. Conti and Unknown Spouse if any of Sharon L. Conti, whose present whereabouts are unknown and cannot, with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take note that on April 18, 2002, Plaintiff, Sky Bank, a successor by merger to Mahoning National Bank, now known as Sky Bank (hereinafter "Sky Bank") filed its Complaint for Foreclosure in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio where the same is now pending in Case No. 02CV 1137. The object of the Complaint is to foreclose on a Mortgage against real estate owned by James Curtis Thomas and Sharon L. Conti referred to in Count Two of the Complaint and described as:

Property located in the City of Youngstown, Mahoning County, Ohio: and known as being Youngstown City Lot Number Thirty-three Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-six (33666) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 17 of Plats, Page 9, Mahoning County Records.

Said lot has a frontage of Forty-one and Six Tenths (41.6) feet on the south side of Hilton Avenue and extends back on the east line One Hundred Twenty-five (125) feet, and on the west line One Hundred Twenty-five (125) feet, having a rear line of Forty-one and Six Tenths (41.6) feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.

Known for street numbering purposes as 205 Hilton Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44507

PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-117-0-234.

The relief demanded is that the Court find that there is due and owing on the Note referred to in Count 1 of the Complaint the sum of Thirty-one Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-two and 23/100 Dollars ($31,592.23) plus interest at the rate of 9.2500% per annum from April 15, 2002, late charges, advances, costs of this action, costs of titlework, future expenses as may be advanced by Plaintiff Sky Bank under the terms of the Mortgage and such further relief to which Plaintiff Sky Bank may be entitled.

You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once each week for six successive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 10th day of September, 2002, said answer day being the 8th day of October, 2002, or you may be denied a hearing in this case.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
