Brokers Mutual Mortgage Corp., whose last known place of business is known as 27600 Chagrin Boulevard, Woodmere Village, OH 44122, but whose present place of business is unknown, and The New York Guardian Mortgage Corp., whose last place of business is known as 167 Fulton Avenue, Hempstead, NY 11550, but whose present place of business is unknown, will take notice that on the 10th day of June, 2002, Citibank NA, as Trustee, filed its Complaint in Case No. 02CV 1695 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, Anthony Vivo, Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Mahoning County Court House, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendents Brokers Mutual Mortgage Corp. and The New York Guardian Mortgage Corp, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Situated in the Village of Sebring, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as Lot No. 1621 as lots are now numbered in said village, as shown by O. H. Sebrings Subdivision, the plat of which is recorded in Plat Volume 20, Page 116, of the Mahoning County Records. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways..
