THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, LEGATEES, ASSIGNEES, EXEWCUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES AND SURVIVING SPOUSE, IF ANY, OF WILLIAM J. NAPLES, DECEASED, ET AL
DEFENDANTS.
The Defendants, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEESS, LEGATEES, ASSIGNEES, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES AND SURVIVING SPOUSE, IF ANY, OF WILLIAM J. NAPLES, DECEASED, whose names and addresses are unknown, and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on July 18, 2002, City of Youngstown filed it's Petition for Appropriation naming them, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, the same being Case Number 02CV 2136 in said Court, for the appropriation of real estate to be used for the Division Street Bridge Reconstruction Project. The real estate which is the subject of the within action is more fully described in the Plaintiff's Complaint and known as:
PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-179-0-058.00
PROPERTY LOCATION: Waverly Avenue, Youngstown City Lot Number: 13986.
The prayer of the Complaint is for authority to appropriate the real estate for Division Street Bridge Reconstruction Project and other relief as the Court my deem necessary in the premises. Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same.
The Court order the conveyance of the property to the City of Youngstown upon consideration deemed fair and equitable by the Court.
The persons first above mentioned will take further notice that they have been made party Defendants in said Complaint and that they are required to answer on or before the 3rd day of September, 2002.
