DEFENDANTS.

Barbara M. Silvestri's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns, whose last known place of residence as well as whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 22nd day of May, 2002, Federal National Mortgage Association, filed its Complaint in Case Number 02CV 1514 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Anthony Vivo, Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Mahoning County Court House, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking a foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Barbara M. Silvestri's Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns have or claim to have an interest in the real estate describe below:

Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

and known as being Lot No. 146 Boardman Park Allotment Plat No. 5, at Volume 21, Pages 68 and 69.

Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of Rockdale Avenue at the Northeast corner of Lot No. 141; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said Lot No. 141 a distance of 50 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot No. 142; thence Easterly along the Northerly line of Lot No. 145 a distance of 155.65 feet to a point on the Westerly line of Claybourne Avenue; thence Northerly along the Westerly line of Claybourne Avenue a distance of 22.02 feet to a point; thence North Westerly on a curve having a radius of 30 feet a distance of 41.72 feet; thence Westerly along the South line Rockdale Avenue a distance of 139.98 feet to the place of beginning, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
