Defendant, Christopher Flak, whose last known address was 392 Meadowbrook, Youngstown, Ohio 44512, will hereby take notice that a Complaint has been filed in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, alleging Christopher Flak, negligently caused an automobile accident involving a vehicle owned and operated by Plaintiff, Roberta A. Simcox and cause injury to Plaintiff. Plaintff whereby requests judgment against Defendant, Christopher Flak, in an amount in excess of $25,000.00 plus court costs, interest and all other relief deemed proper. Defendant is required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication. Said answer day being the 28th day of August, 2002.
