The Defendants, the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors, successors, assigns and next of kin of the Defendant Juan A. Sanchez, deceased, all of whose last known places of residence are unknown and cannot be ascertained, will take notice that on the 15th day of February, 2002, The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio, filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case Number 02CV 470 as numbered upon the Docket of said Court, asking for the sum of $30,104.42 upon a certain obligation signed by Juan A. Sanchez, deceased with interest at the rate of 8.250% per annum from February 28, 2002, and asking also for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage covering the following described pre-mises:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being a part of Youngstown City Out-lot Number 1471 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, being more fully described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the center line of Oak Street, a 60 foot road, said point being North 87 degrees 25 feet West along said center line a distance of 699.60 feet from a monument at the intersection of said center line with the centerline of Coitsville Center Road; Thence South 1 degree 43 feet West and over an iron pin on the South right of way of said Oak Street a distance of 661.8 feet to an iron pin, which point is on the North property line of the Ohio Water Service Company; Thence along said North property line North 87 degrees 25 feet West a distance of 400 feet to an iron pin; which point is the intersection of said Ohio Water Service Company North and East property lines; thence along said East property line and over an iron pin on the South right of way of Oak Street North 1 degree 43 feet East a distance of 661.8 feet to the center-line of said Oak Street; Thence along the center line of said Oak Street South 87 degrees 25 feet East a distance of 400 feet to the place of beginning and containing therein 6.077 acres of land of which 0.275 acres are within street right of way be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
