The Defendants, the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, administrators, executors, successors, assigns and next of kin of the Defendant Roberta Parks, aka Roberta Toles, deceased, all of whose places of residence are unknown and cannot be ascertained, will take notice that on the 17th day of June, 2002, The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio, filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case Number 02CV 1797 as numbered upon the Docket of said Court, asking for the sum of $7,678.48 upon a certain obligation signed by Roberta Parks, aka Roberta Toles, deceased, with interest at the rate of 10.00% per annum from May 31, 2002, and asking also for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage covering the following described premises:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being Youngstown City Lot Number 58932, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, in Lincoln Knolls Plat Number 1, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 40 of Maps, Pages 41, and 42, of Mahoning County Records be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Said above named parties are Defendants in the above entitled action and are required to answer on or before the 28th day of August, 2002.
