To the Defendants, all Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Assigns and the Unknown Spouses of Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns of The Estate of Dorothy Collins, Dorothy Collins, deceased whose present whereabouts are unknown and cannot, with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take note that on the 25th day of April, 2002, Plaintiff, Sky Bank, a successor by merger to Mahoning National Bank, now known as Sky Bank (hereinafter "Sky Bank") filed its Complaint for Foreclosure ("Complaint") in the Court of Common Pleas, Mahoning County, Ohio where the same is now pending in Case No. 02CV 1228. The object of the Complaint is to foreclose a mortgage against real estate owned by Dorothy Collins and Deborah Kay Collins referred to in Count Two of the Complaint and described as:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being the easterly 20 feet of Youngstown City Lot No. 31899 and all of Youngstown City Lot No. 31900 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, in Plat No. 2 of Highland Park as shown by the recorded Plat in Volume 17 of maps, Page 86 of Mahoning County Records and together forming a parcel of land having a frontage of 60 feet on the northerly side of Florida Avenue, formerly McGregor Avenue, and extending back of equal width 145 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once each week for six successive weeks, said answer day being the 27th day of August, 2002.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
