Smith, aka Edward James Smith, Jr., whose last place of residence is known as 1614 Silliman Street, Youngstown, OH 44509, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on the 19th day of April, 2002, The Leader Mortgage Company, aka The Leader Mortgage Company, L.L.C., filed a Complaint in Case Number 02CV01153 in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Anthony Vivo, Mahoning County Clerk of Courts, Mahoning County Court House, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Edward J. Smith, aka Edward James Smith, Jr., and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Edward J. Smith, aka Edward James Smith, Jr., have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio, and known as being Lot Number Nineteen Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-five (19665) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City as recorded in Volume 16 of Plats, Page 3, Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot has a frontage of Forty (40) feet on the north line of Silliman Street and extends back on its east line One Hundred Twenty-five (125) feet, and on its west line One Hundred Twenty-five (125) feet, having a rear line of Forty (40) feet, as appears by said plat.
