ACCESS MORTGAGE AND FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC., WHOSE LAST KNOWN PLACE OF BUSINESS WAS 4010 EXECUTIVE PARK DRIVE, SUITE 228, CINCINNATI, OH 45241: Plaintiff has brought this action naming you the defendants in the above-named court by filing their Complaint for Judgment of Foreclosure: Other Civil on the 28th day of March, 2002. The object of the Complaint is to collect funs due and owning on a Mortgage against the following described real estate, to-wit:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, State of Ohio and County of Mahoning:
And known as being Lot Number 18433 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in the C.E. Cross Plat, a subdivision of a part of Original Youngstown Township Great Lot No. 45, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 16 of Maps, Page 237 of Mahoning County Records.
Said Youngstown City Lot No. 18433 has a frontage of Fifty (50) feet on the northerly side of Shehy Street, and extends back 147.08 feet on the easterly line, which is also the westerly side of Park Heights Avenue, 147.60 feet on the westerly line, and has a rear line of 50 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more less, but subject to all legal highways.

You, the defendants, are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once each week for six successive weeks, said answer day being the 13th day of August, 2002, or you may be will be barred from asserting a claim in this case.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
