Unknown heirs and spouses, and devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of James Pariso, whose last known address is Unknown, will take notice that on the 14th day of April, 2002, First Union National Bank of Delaware, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, Case Number 02CV 1150. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest:
Situated in the Township of Knox, County of Columbiana, and State of Ohio:
Known as and being Lot Number Twenty-five (25) in L. C. Stanley's Lakeside Allotment Number Two, Situated in Section Number One (1), Plat Records 8-B, Page 161.
PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 27158 Lakeside Drive, Beloit, Ohio 44609.
PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBER: 32-008-040.00.
You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 30th day of July, 2002.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
