DEFENDANTS.
UNKNOWN HEIRS/DEVISEES, whose last addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 16th day of May, 2002, First Place Bank, Successor in Interest to FFY Bank, fka First Federal Savings Bank of Youngstown filed an amended Complaint against the Estate of Robert Carter, aka Robert E. Carter asking for judgment in the following amount: balance due on the mortgage is $42,920.17 plus interest at the rate of 6.90% per annum from April 9, 2002; plus any contractual charges, plus any advanced made by First Place Bank, Successor in Interest to FFY Bank, fka First Federal Savings Bank of Youngstown for taxes, insurance, maintenance, or preservation of the property from the date of default to the date of recording of the Sheriff‘s deed, and also asking for foreclosure of a certain mortgage and sale of real estate described as follows:
PARCEL NO. 1:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being Lot Number 31886 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 17 of Plats, Page 86, Mahoning County Records.
Said lot has a frontage of 40 feet on the northerly line of Florida Avenue and extends back on its easterly line 145 feet, and in its westerly line 145 feet, having a rear line of 40 feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.
PARCEL NO. 2:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being the west part of Lot Number 31887 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as recorded in Volume 17 of Plats, Page 86, Mahoning County Records.
Said lot has a frontage of 20 feet on the northerly line of Florida Avenue and extends back on its easterly line 145 feet, and on its westerly line 145 feet, having a rear line of 20 feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.
Known for street numbering purposes as 546 E. Florida Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44502
PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 53-116-0-457.00 and 53-116-0-458.00
UNKNOWN HEIRS/DEVISEES are required to answer said Amended Complaint within 28 days after publication of this notice, said answer day being the 30th day of July, 2002 or judgment will be taken against them and they will be forever barred from asserting a claim in said proceedings.
