Stringer, aka John Stringer, whose last known addresses are unknown; YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that you have been named as defendants in a legal action entitled American General Finance, Inc. vs. Jonathan Stringer, aka Jonathan G. Stringer, aka John Stringer, et al. This action has been assigned Case Number 02CV 1023, and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Youngstown, Ohio 44503.

The object of the complaint is to foreclose on the property known and described as follows:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Lot Number Twenty-two Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-three (22743), according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly known as Sublot No. 564 in Hamilton-Evans & Co. Fourth Addition to Parkview, as recorded in Volume 6 of Plats, Page 97, Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot has a frontage of Fifty (50) feet on the south line of Parkview Avenue and extends back on its east line One Hundred Fifty-one (151) feet, and on its west line One Hundred Fifty-one (151) feet, having a rear line, which is also the north line of a 12 foot alley, of Fifty (50) feet, as appears by said plat, subject to a driveway easement as recorded.

KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 821 Parkview Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44511.

PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBER: 53-130-0-350.00

You are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days from the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published for six (6) successive weeks, said answer day being the 23rd day of July, 2002.

In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
