DATE, TIME AND LOCATION OF SALE:

If the sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after the first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale on September 8, 2026, at 6:00 pm, and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20 (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26(2)(a)(v)).

APPRAISED VALUE: $185,000.00.

TERMS OF SALE: In accordance with the Order of the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas, the real property will be sold at a Public Auction with a minimum opening bid of $123,333.33. A 10% buyer’s premium shall be added to the final price. A $5,000.00 deposit by certified check made payable to Commonwealth Suburban Title Agency, Inc. is required at the time of the auction. Balance of the sale price is due within thirty (30) days from date of confirmation of sale. The purchaser shall be responsible for costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover.
