Unknown Spouse of Heather June MacDonald as of 12/23/2014, address unknown will take notice that on the 26th day of January 2026, U.S. Bank Trust National Association, Not In Its Individual Capacity But Solely As Owner Trustee For RCF2 Acquisition Trust, filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Mahoning County, Ohio, in Case No. 2026 CV 00153 on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate to wit:

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 38-018-0-099.000

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 486 7th Street, Struthers, Ohio 44471 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 6036, Page 2660, of this County Recorder's Office.
