The Defendants, Caesar Wright and Unknown Spouse of Caesar Wright, if any, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 28th day of July 2025, the Plaintiff, Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2025 CV 01968, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 701 Samuel Ave., Youngstown, Ohio 44502, PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 53-038-0-020.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, Caesar Wright and Unknown Spouse of Caesar Wright, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. 

The Defendants, Caesar Wright and Unknown Spouse of Caesar Wright, if any are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 15th day of May 2026. In the event that the Defendants, Caesar Wright and Unknown Spouse of Caesar Wright, if any failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
