The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Angela M. Barber aka Angela Barber, will take notice that the Plaintiff, Rocket Mortgage, LLC F/K/A Quicken Loans, LLC F/KA Quicken Loans Inc,, filed its Complaint in the Court of with the above reference case number, The object of and demand or relief in the Complaint is to foreclose upon the Plaintiff's Mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which the Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing Defendant(s) have or claim to have an interest:
Situated in the Township of Springfield, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio:
And known as being Lot Number Thirty-one (31) in Sycamore Hill, Plat No., 3, recorded in Volume 89 of Plats, Page 109, Mahoning County Records. Said lot has a frontage of Seventy-Five (75) feet on the Easterly line of Sycamore Hill Drive and extend back on its Northerly line One Hundred Fifty (150) feet and on its Southerly line One Hundred Fifty (150) feet, having a rear line Seventy-five (75) feet, as appears by said plat. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

The Defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of the legal notice, said answer day being the 6th day of May 2026. This legal notice will be published once a week for three successive weeks.
