The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any Charles E. Cavanaugh and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Charles E. Cavanaugh, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 8th day of December 2025, the Plaintiff, New Rez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2025 CV 03138, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 4819 E. Calla Rd, New Middletown, Ohio 44442, PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 03-002-0-109.000 ("Real Estate") and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. 

The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any Charles E. Cavanaugh and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Charles E. Cavanaugh are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 6th day of May 2026. In the event that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any Charles E. Cavanaugh and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Charles E. Cavanaugh failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
