The Defendants, Sandra J. Moss and Unknown Spouse of Sandra J. Moss, if any, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on the 23rd day of January 2026, the Plaintiff, Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust 2022-RP1 by U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Owner Trustee, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2026 CV 00201,   in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 761 Wilbur Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44502, PERMANENT PARCEL NOS.: 53-112-0-366.000 and 53-112-0-365.000, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. 

The Defendants, Sandra J. Moss and Unknown Spouse of Sandra J. Moss, if any are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 5th day of May 2026. In the event that the Defendants, Sandra J. Moss and Unknown Spouse of Sandra J. Moss, if any failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
