By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale online at Real Auction https://mahoning.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov, in said County, on

Said Youngstown City Lot No. 31046 has a frontage of 52.80 feet on the westerly side Cordova Avenue and extends back therefrom of equal width on the northerly side of a depth of 172.79 feet on the southerly side to a depth of 172.87 feet, as shown by Prell & Parrocks Subdivision Plat of which is recorded in Volume 16, Page 168, Mahoning County Records of Maps.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
