Lockwood Village Inc., whose last place of residence was c/o Stat Agent, George V. Shutrump, 3912 Windsor Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44512, and whose present place of residence is unknown will take notice on the 26th day of August 2025, Defendant PennyMac Loan Services, LLC filed its Answer and Cross-Claim in Case No. 2025 CV 02274 in the Court of Common Pleas Mahoning County, Ohio alleging that Defendants, Lockwood Village Inc has or claims to have an interest in the real estate described below:
PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 32-089-0-011.000
PROPERTY LOCATION: 6880 Colleen Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44512. A copy of the full legal description may be obtained from the County Auditors Office.
The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of Nicholas E. Kennedy in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Petitioner prays that Defendants named above be required to answer and set up his interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other further relief as is just and equitable.
DEFENDANTS NAMED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER ON OR BEFORE THE 5th day of March 2026.
